Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship internationally. We are shipping to Canadian destinations only. Please be advised that there may be shipping restrictions on some products. Some products can only be shipped via certain channels as per the DANGEROUS GOODS AND TRANSPORTATION HANDLING ACT. LTL (Less than truckload) carriers need to be used for those products.
There are products which may need to be protected from freezing in cold weather. Special carriers that provide heated transport will be used for those items as well. Carriers may be chosen for you to protect those items.
When placing an order, shipping and delivery dates will be estimated for you. These will be based on availability of the product and the manner of shipping you chose, as well as the time of day and date you placed your order. For instance, if you placed your order on a Friday evening, it may not be shipped until Monday.
Shipping rates may either be weight based or size based. All weights are rounded up to the nearest pound for shipping estimates. Regulated Dangerous goods may incur additional shipping fees that Hard Rock Concrete Supplies does not control.
Returns Policy
We say that most product may be returned if it is in the condition that it may be resold. Product MUST remain unopened and in new condition for returns to be accepted. New, unopened merchandise can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Hard Rock Concrete Supplies will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as an incorrect or defective item). Otherwise return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Equipment may not be returned. All equipment must be taken to the approved warranty facility for repair.
Returns are subject to inspection upon return. In the event of temperature sensitive items being returned, a complete assessment of the product is to be taken into account including weather, shipping means, etc.
Returns will be processed within four weeks of you sending the product back. In most cases the return may be received much quicker. This time limit includes the transit time for us to receive the package back from the transport company (5 – 10 business days), the assessment of the product and the time it takes us to process the return(2 – 3 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund (5 to 10 business days).

Free Shipping- Not currently available
We will be shipping products for this free shipping offer by the most economical means. If you require the product sooner than that option allows, please pick a different shipping option.
Some products (Due to either: length, weight, TDG Regulations or other product characteristics) may have an extra surcharge on them. For this reason, not all products will qualify for the free shipping offer. For these products, you will be receiving the free shipping, but the extra surcharge will be billed to you. We have listed these products into two categories. The first category will have free shipping, but the extra surcharge will be billed to you. The second category will not qualify for any free shipping. Both categories will be listed below.
